What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where the face is clearly visible. Daylight photos work beautifully. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, and very small group shots — if the shortest side is below about 800 pixels we'll warn you at upload, and if we think the photo won't do you justice we'll ask for another before starting.
Is the sketch really hand-drawn?
Yes — every portrait is drawn by hand with graphite pencils on acid-free paper. It is not a printed photo filter or AI image. You'll see the real drawing in your preview before we ship it.
How does payment work?
You pay by UPI or bank transfer and submit the transaction reference (UTR). We verify every payment personally and confirm your order — usually within the timeframe shown at checkout. Your order isn't confirmed until we've verified the payment, and we'll email you the moment we have.
Can I see the drawing before it ships?
Always. We send a preview for your approval before dispatch. You can approve it or request changes within your included revision rounds.
