The process
How your portrait happens
Six honest steps, each one visible on your order page as it happens. You stay in control at the moment that matters most — before dispatch.
Choose your sketch
Pick the paper size, how many faces, framing and any extras on the product page. The price updates as you choose, and what you see is what you pay — no charges appear later.
Upload your photo
A sharp, well-lit photo where the face is clearly visible gives the best portrait. We accept JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC up to 25 MB, and we’ll warn you at upload if the resolution looks low. Ordering from your phone and the good photo is elsewhere? Place the order first and add the photo afterwards from your order page. If we think the photo won’t do you justice, we’ll ask for another before starting.
Pay, and we verify personally
Payment is by UPI or bank transfer. After paying you submit the transaction reference (UTR), and we verify it personally — within 12 hours, usually much faster. Your order is confirmed only after verification, and we email you the moment it is. If payment isn’t received within 24 hours, the order simply expires and nothing is charged.
A. Verma draws
The drawing takes 5–9 working days — or 2–4 with the express option — in graphite on acid-free art paper. Hand-drawn means exactly that: no prints, no photo filters, no AI.
Approve your preview
Before anything ships, you receive a preview of the finished drawing on your order page. Approve it, or tell us what to change — 2 revision rounds are included free. Nothing is dispatched until you’ve approved it.
Tracked dispatch
Unframed portraits ship rolled in a rigid protective tube; framed pieces ship with corner protection in a double-walled box. Delivery takes 3–7 days and you receive the courier name and tracking reference by email. If it arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we redraw or replace it free — see the Refund & Revision Policy.
That’s the whole of it.
No accounts, no hidden steps — a photo in, an original drawing out.
