How your artwork ships

• Unframed portraits ship rolled in a rigid protective tube.
• Framed portraits ship in reinforced corner-protected packaging.

Timelines

• Drawing time and delivery estimates are shown on the product page and at checkout, and are counted in working days from payment verification (or photo approval, whichever is later).
• When your order is dispatched you receive the courier name and tracking reference by email.

Address changes

Need to change the delivery address? Contact us before dispatch — after dispatch the courier cannot redirect.

We currently ship within India. For international delivery, contact us on WhatsApp first.
