Refund & Revision Policy

Revisions

• Your order includes the number of free revision rounds shown at checkout.
• Request changes on the preview screen — describe what to adjust and the artist will rework the drawing.

Cancellations

• Before drawing starts (payment verified but no sketch begun): full refund.
• After drawing has started, work has been done on a custom piece; we can offer a partial refund at our discretion.
• After you approve the preview, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund method

Refunds are returned to the same UPI/bank account the payment came from, within 5–7 working days of confirmation.

Damaged in transit

If the artwork arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the artwork. We will redraw or replace it free of charge — that is a promise.

Non-returnable

Because each piece is custom-made to your photo, approved artwork cannot be returned or exchanged.
