Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what's needed to create and deliver your order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, the photo you upload, and payment reference details you submit.

Your photo

• Photos are stored privately and are never published, used in our gallery, or used in advertising without your explicit, recorded consent.
• Photos and working files are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you have given consent for publication.

Payment data

We never see or store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or bank credentials. We store only the transaction reference (UTR) and optional screenshot you choose to submit.

Tracking

With your consent, we use Meta Pixel and server-side events to measure our advertising. Identifiers are hashed before being sent. You can decline tracking in the consent banner and everything still works.
