What you're ordering

Each portrait is a made-to-order, hand-drawn artwork created from the photo you provide. Because every piece is custom, these terms are a little different from a regular shop.

Your photo

• You confirm you have the right to use the photo you upload.
• We use it only to create your artwork. See the Privacy Policy for retention.

Payment

• Payment is by UPI or bank transfer, verified manually by us. Your order is confirmed only after we verify the payment — submitting a reference number is a request for verification, not a confirmation.
• If payment is not received within the payment window shown at checkout, the order expires automatically. Nothing is charged when an order expires.

Approval and delivery

• You will receive a low-resolution preview of the finished drawing to approve before dispatch.
• Included revision rounds are shown at checkout; further changes are at our discretion.
• After you approve, the artwork is dispatched with a courier tracking reference.

Problems

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork and we will redraw or replace it. See the Refund & Revision policy for details.
